今回募集するのは、元気で楽しいことが大好きな「コミュニティマネージャー」。ここは活気あふれる大阪にある、私たちのホステルファミリーです！
このお仕事は「フリーアコモデーション」という形で、宿泊費が無料になる代わりにホステルの運営をお手伝いしていただくスタイル。バックパッカーやクリエイティブな方、ローカルのように暮らして世界中から来る仲間と友達になりたい方にぴったりです。

ホステルのムードメーカーに！: あなたがこのホステルの中心！ゲストが心地よく過ごせる、最高にウェルカムで楽しい雰囲気を作ってください。
最高のイベントを企画！: 大阪城へのウォーキングツアー、たこ焼きパーティー、道頓堀での飲み歩きなど！隔週で開催するイベントの企画と運営をお願いします。
SNS担当のスターに！: ホステルでの日常やゲストとの楽しい冒険を、写真や動画で撮影。インスタを運用して、私たちのホステルの楽しさを世界に発信してください！
ゲストとの交流！: 談話室でゲストとおしゃべりしたり、旅の話をシェアしたり、大阪の美味しいグルメや観光スポットを教えてあげてください。

We’re looking for a fun-loving, energetic Community Manager to join our hostel family here in vibrant Osaka!
This is a work-for-accommodation role, perfect for a backpacker, a creative soul, or anyone wanting to live like a local and make friends from all over the globe.
🤙 Who We're Looking For: You’re a total people person, bursting with positive energy. You love chatting with new people, you're full of ideas, and your Instagram game is strong. You’re the person who can turn a quiet evening into a memorable games night. Basically, you're the host with the most!
🎉 What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff!):
Be the Vibe-Maker: You’re the heart of our hostel! Your main job is to create a super welcoming and fun atmosphere for our guests.
Host Awesome Events: Think walking tours to Osaka Castle, takoyaki-making parties, or bar crawls through Dotonbori! You’ll be in charge of planning and running our bi-weekly events.
Be our Social Media Star: Take cool photos and videos of life at the hostel and our guests' adventures. You'll run our Instagram and show everyone how much fun we're having!
Connect with Guests: Hang out in the common room, share travel stories, and give tips on the best food and sights in the city.

Commitment: We're looking for someone to stay for a minimum of 6-8 weeks.
Languages: Good English is a must. Other language skills are welcomed. A little Japanese is a bonus, but your great attitude is what matters most!

Great question! This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job. You'll work about 20-25 hours per week. Since a Community Manager's role is all about guest interaction, your hours will often be in the afternoons and evenings when the hostel is buzzing with activity.
